Monument Home Builders
Agentic research and a rebuilt intake flow drove a dramatic increase in qualified rebuild leads for a builder working the Palisades reconstruction.
The situation
After the Palisades fires, rebuild inquiries came from homeowners navigating the hardest project of their lives: insurance, permits, architects, and a construction market under pressure. For the builder, every lead was high-stakes, and finding the right homeowners early mattered as much as answering the ones who called.
The intake process reflected the chaos of the moment. Information arrived by phone, email, and web form; documents were requested one at a time; and moving an inquiry toward an estimate meant someone chasing paperwork between every step.
The constraint
Lead generation ran on referrals and whoever happened to find the website. Research into which properties were entering the rebuild process, and which owners were actively looking for a builder, was manual work nobody had hours for. The gap between a homeowner reaching out and a scheduled walkthrough was where the pipeline leaked.
What was built
Agentic research went to work on the top of the funnel: AI agents monitoring and qualifying rebuild activity in the affected areas, so the builder reached homeowners while the decision was still live instead of waiting to be found.
Behind that, intake-to-estimate was rebuilt as one flow and the website was rebuilt around it. An inquiry carries its own information forward: the site collects what the estimate actually needs, document requests go out automatically, and follow-up happens without anyone remembering to do it.
What it changed
Qualified lead volume increased dramatically, and the leads that arrived came with their paperwork moving. Rebuild inquiries reach a scheduled walkthrough without anyone chasing documents, homeowners get answers while the decision is still live, and the builder's team spends its time on estimates and builds, the work only they can do.
